United Steel Works Inc., was founded in 1972 in Clearwater, Florida. In 1982 the owner and a partner purchased the rebar division of Gulf Steel, Inc and formed Bar-Fab of Florida Inc,.
Over the last two decades United Steel Works has continued to grow and expand, and to date has more than 50 fulltime employees, 7 installation crews, and a state of the art 27,000sf fabrication facility. During this time of growth, United Steel Works has developed and maintained many long lasting relationships with local contractors. Many of these relationships are still in place today.

Services:
Estimating - Our estimators have several years of experience in shop fabrication, field installation, and structural steel estimating. Detailing - Utilizing SDS2, Auto Cad, X-Steel and manual drafting techniques.
Fabrication - A modern 27,000sf fabrication facility houses our team of knowledgeable, experienced fabricators and state of the art equipment.
Installation - We have 7 installation crews consisting of knowledgeable and experienced erectors.
